The website was easy to use. The photos and descriptions of the items for sale were very clear and well explained. It was easy to choose and the bench was despatched quickly and arrived in good condition on the date specified. We are absolutely delighted with it.

My rugby club has bought several of these benches over the past few years and, being impressed by their build quality and how they weathered, I ordered 2 for my home. They were delivered quicker than originally promised in 5 days and look superb, Well pleased!

Ordered the Teak Garden Bench 2 Seat Marden with the engraved personalisation. Ordering process was very straightforward as was the delivery. The delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful, taking the bench off the pallet and removing all packaging. The quality of the bench is fabulous and is a fitting memorial to my brother.

Subsequently to my earlier review, I ordered a daybed with black cushions and a coffee table. I am as delighted with these as with my previous order - they have finished off my garden perfectly. A second very positive experience.
I am so happy with my Wealden bench. It is exactly as described, very comfortable to sit on and looks lovely in the garden. I also bought the seat cushion in navy which just finishes it off perfectly. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The only slight shame is the plaque I ordered in memory of my beloved doggie is fading a bit already - to be fair, the bench is sited in full sun so that probably is a factor. A minor detail in an otherwise very positive experience.

I waited some months whilst the bench I wanted was out of stock - I phoned a number of times and it seems the shipping container was delayed due to having to take a longer route (due to the situation in Europe!). I looked at others but I kept coming back to this one - I am now so glad I waited as the product is well made and looks really well in the garden. I bought the cushion and cover at the same time to make sure there were no fit issues. Delivery was quick and the driver was really helpful.
