FREE and Fast nationwide delivery is available for 90% of our Wealden Benches customers in the UK.

Unless otherwise stated, your garden furniture will be traditionally joined by our carpenters and delivered FULLY ASSEMBLED, on a pallet and ready to use.

Some destinations incur a Logistics Surcharge due to their remote location or distance from the nearest delivery hub and are imposed by our delivery partner. We never profit from the delivery of our benches. Surcharges will be automatically added to your cart at checkout:

  • £10.00 Surcharge: DL, EH, FY, ML, PA1-PA19, TA, TD

  • £20.00 Surcharge: CA, DG, DT, EX, FK, G, KA1-KA26, KA29, KA30, KY, LD, LL, PL, SA, SY7-SY25, TQ, TR

How Quickly Will I Get My Garden Furniture?

The earliest delivery date for your garden furniture is calculated at checkout. If you are adding personalisation, the lead will be extended. If the earliest date isn't suitable, you can choose a future date from the calendar.

  • All Garden Furniture: Allow 5-6 working days, based on current lead times.

  • Bench with Personalisation: Allow 7-12 working days, based on current lead times.

Please note: These are target delivery dates and estimates. While we strive to meet them, unforeseen delays can occur. If a specific delivery date is critical, please make a note during checkout. We recommend selecting a delivery date at least 3 days before your special day to account for any potential delays.


 

Accessories 

  • Plaques (ordered separately): Allow 3-5 working days

  • Cushions, Covers, Coffee Tables, Fixings and Cleaners (ordered separately): Allow 3-5 working days


 

Delivery Access

Bench deliveries are MONDAY to FRIDAY, and you can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

All bench and large furniture deliveries are dispatched on pallets. If you have restricted access, you can inform us during the ordering process.

Delivery Terms

 We partner with a nationwide carrier known for their prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all bench deliveries.

All our benches and garden furniture are delivered fully assembled, glued, dowelled and ready to use to ensure longevity and guaranteed strength. Your furniture will arrive on a pallet from our delivery partner.

Our high quality Teak is naturally rich in silica and rubber, meaning we do not apply any finish to our products, the furniture you receive is simply fine sanded.


 

Delivery Procedure

 Our furniture is delivered fully assembled on a pallet; the driver will NOT take the pallet away.

  • Our Delivery Partner will offload your pallet and get it as close as possible to your address (KERB SIDE DELIVERY)

  • For insurance purposes OUR DELIVERY PARTNER DOES NOT PERMIT DRIVERS TO MOVE FURNITURE THROUGH HOUSES OR INTO GARDENS.

  • Delivery will be made within your selected timeframe (8 am-12:30 pm PREMIUM or 8 am-6 pm STANDARD) and our delivery partner will, when possible, text a 2 hour time slot on the day of delivery.

  • Our Delivery Partner requires someone to sign for the safe receipt of your furniture. If this is not possible, please email us IMMEDIATELY to advise a safe place to leave your delivery.

  • It is your responsibility to inspect all goods upon arrival and to refuse visibly damaged items. If you refuse a damaged item, you must contact us immediately for advice.


 

Delivery Flexibility

 If you prefer delivery to an address different from the invoice, please let us know on the checkout page. There is also a special instruction box for messages, e.g., 'sensitive purchase, please only talk with Mrs Smith'.


 

Installation Service

 We do not offer an installation service.


 

Claiming VAT Back

 If delivery is outside of the UK, you may be able to claim the VAT back when your goods arrive. For details and conditions on exporting UK goods, please refer to: HMRC Website Link


 

Collections

 If you wish to pick up your order or arrange your own collection, you can select this option at checkout.


 

Returns

 Please inspect your delivery for shortages or visible damage upon arrival. If you are unhappy or find a fault, you must contact us within 48 hours or use this link:
