End of Year Warehouse Clearance Event - Exclusive In Person Reductions

We are opening the doors to our East Sussex warehouse for an exclusive end of year clearance event running until 30th September 2026. To make space for incoming winter timber shipments we are offering significant one off price reductions across a broad selection of fully assembled A Grade teak garden benches, outdoor dining tables, folding chairs, sun loungers and luxury garden accessories.

 

 

Exclusive In Store ONLY Clearance

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 4PM. These clearance prices are strictly limited to stock held on site and are not transferable to standard online orders across the rest of our website. Visitors to our East Sussex warehouse have the unique advantage of inspecting the furniture firsthand, feeling the substantial weight of our solid A Grade teak and securing immediate savings on workshop display pieces, discontinued lines and overstocked items. Due to the high demand for genuine heartwood teak at these rates all pieces are sold on a first come first served basis while stock lasts.



Collection and FREE Local 15 Mile Delivery

To ensure an efficient clearance process all items purchased during this end of year event are available for immediate same day or arranged customer collection directly from our loading bay. If you are located nearby, our own team can deliver your fully assembled furniture free within a strict 15 mile radius of our East Sussex facility. Quotes for our delivery service outside of this radius can be requested. Our experienced drivers will ensure your furniture arrives completely built and ready to place in your garden.
