Not straightforward order as bench to be delivered to north of England to 3rd party with non-straightforward access. You were helpful and accommodating. Delivery team used initiative and dealt directly with the third party when delayed.
Super service. Easy to plan both the style of bench and the memorial plaque. Delivery was straightforward to organise. Have this company saved, ready for the next order!

We recently ordered a 3 seater curved Cranbrook bench to celebrate 50 years of Ladies at the Drift Golf Club. The ordering and delivery process were flawless and we are very pleased with our purchase. I would highly recommend Wealden Benches for service and quality.
Opted to have the top back rail engraved (Italic) as a memorial bench to both sets of parents. If you are thinking about buying one of these, you won;t be disappointed. The craftsmanship and finish is excellent making it well worth the money. Thanks guys.

Beautiful bench thank you. At first I was disappointed it was not oild, then I read the leaflet. The bench is sturdy and looks well made. The memorial sign is perfect. The delivery driver was polite and helpful. The only issue is that I was told I would get a 2 hour delivery window. This did not happen at all and the delivery just arrived. Fortunately it was delivered at midday so I did have the afternoon free.
Eileen,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're delighted to hear that you're pleased with your beautiful bench, the quality of the craftsmanship, and that the memorial plaque is exactly as you hoped. It's also lovely to know that our delivery driver was polite and helpful.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery notification. We're sorry that you didn't receive the promised two-hour delivery window, and we understand how important that communication is. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with our delivery partner as we continue to improve the service we provide.
Again thank you for for choosing Memorial Benches UK. We hope your bench provides a lasting place of remembrance and comfort for many years to come.

This is now the third bench have ordered, one was a silver wedding gift to family but two for us, loved our first one so much ordered a bigger one for another area, its gorgeous, personal and solid , the smaller one we have sits in our own anniversary corner and during the warm weather we sat on it for hours, ordered the cushion for it and a cover and during winter we cover it up. The service is excellent, you pick your delivery date and it arrives. Worth every penny. Am beyond delighted. A great company to deal with.

Just taken delivery of Great Maytham bench, ordered Monday arrived Friday exactly as scheduled across 350+ miles. Precisely the sturdy piece of garden furniture we wanted and so care was needed in its carrying and positioning. It looks great. Accompanying instructions of how to care for it were welcome. Now all we need is some of its Sussex sun transferred north so we can make the most of it.
Hi Chris,
Thank you for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear that your Great Maytham bench arrived exactly as scheduled and that it has proven to be the sturdy, high-quality piece of garden furniture you were looking for.
It's especially pleasing to know that the care instructions were useful and that the bench is now proudly in place and looking the part. We appreciate that moving and positioning a substantial piece like this takes a little effort, but we're glad it was worth it.
As for the Sussex sunshine, if we could package that up and send it north with our deliveries, we certainly would! We hope you enjoy many relaxing hours on your new bench as the weather improves.
Thank you again for your custom and for taking the time to share your experience, do please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Best wishes from all the team at Wealden Benches
I was kept up to date on progress of delivery. Delivered with care. The driver was extremely helpful as I am not as young as I used to be! 😀. Thank you.

We couldn’t be happier with this lovely garden bench. Having researched benches we can say it ‘s competitively priced for the excellent quality of workmanship, design and free delivery (on a date of our choice).. We purchased it online and were drawn to this company by previous good reviews. It’s always a risk not seeing the real thing first but out of all the many benches we considered, it fitted our requirements size and design wise perfectly. We were given plenty of notice early on the day of delivery for a time slot which saved us waiting around. I would highly recommend this excellent garden furniture company. Thanks Wealden Benches!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear how pleased you are with your new garden bench and that it met your expectations for both quality and design.
It’s good to know that our reviews helped give you confidence when purchasing online, and that the bench proved to be exactly what you were looking for. We’re also pleased that the delivery communication and chosen delivery date made the process convenient for you.
Your recommendation means a great deal to us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We hope you enjoy your bench for many years to come.
