Our team will continue to be available over the phone and email and we are still delivering our fully assembled garden benches across the UK, even to houses in quarantine (although benches are left outside the front door, as our delivery teams we will not bring benches inside properties).

24.5.22 > Due to technical issues with our engraving machines, we have a significant delay on engraved benches (plaques and bench only are unaffected). Your earliest delivery date in checkout will reflect the delay in production.

The delivery dates stated above are our target delivery date. Whilst we do everything we possibly can to meet such dates, we do ask you to understand that this date is an estimate and a statement of our intent.

If you have a specific day that your garden bench must be delivered on that can not be missed, you must make note of this during checkout. We always advise selecting a delivery date at least 3 days before your special day to take into account any delays.

ACCESSORIES


Plaques - when ordered separately; FREE; allow 3-5 working days.

Cushions, Covers, Coffee Tables, Fixings and Cleaners - when ordered separately; £7.95; allow 3-5 working days.

DELIVERY ACCESS

All deliveries of Benches (and large furniture items) are dispatched on pallets and made by large vehicles (minimum size of a refuse lorry). If our delivery partner cannot access the delivery postcode, and we have not been informed of any restricted access prior to delivery, you will incur a redelivery charge to supply a smaller vehicle for a second delivery. If you are aware of an access issue to the delivery address, please advise us of an alternative address where there will be appropriate access to fulfil the delivery. This could be a local neighbour, family member or friend. Movement from this location to the end location will need to be transported at your own discretion.

DELIVERY

Our STANDARD MAINLAND UK delivery charge, for 1 or 2 Benches (1 seat, 2 seat and 3 seat benches) to a single address, is £34.95
4 seat benches have to be sent on individual pallets, due to maximum height restrictions imposed on us by our delivery partner, and as such are charged at £34.95 each
For delivery of 3+ Benches or if you are simply unsure about a delivery charge, please call us before placing an order.

Bench deliveries are MONDAY to FRIDAY and you can select the date you require delivery on during checkout.

DELIVERY TERMS
 
We use a nationwide carrier for all our garden Bench deliveries as over the years our customers have received a prompt, courteous and efficient service.
To ensure longevity and guaranteed strength, all of our benches are all delivery fully assembled; glued, dowelled and ready to use.
As such, your bench will arrive from our delivery partner on a pallet.
Please note that our delivery service is a 1 man, kerbside drop off only. If you are taking delivery of a large or heavy Bench please arrange for an extra set of hands to help move your Bench into place.

As we source high quality Teak, naturally rich in silica and rubber, we do not need to apply any type of finish to our products. The furniture you receive is simply fine sanded.

DELIVERY PROCEDURE

We will deliver your Bench on the date you have specified. Our standard delivery is made anytime on that day between 09:00 and 17:00. Our premium delivery service + £10.00 offers an AM specific slot and will arrive between 9am and 12pm. Our delivery partner does not offer any 1hr hour slots

DELIVERY FLEXIBILITY

If you would prefer us to deliver to an address different to that of the invoice, just let us know in the check out page and leave the rest to us. There is also a special instruction box where you can leave us a message; eg ‘sensitive purchase, please only talk with Mrs Smith'

INSTALLATION SERVICE

We do not offer an installation service

CLAIMING VAT BACK

If delivery is outside of the UK, YOU may be able to claim the VAT back when your goods arrive.

RETURNS
