I ordered a Teak Garden Bench 3 Seat Great Maytham as a birthday present for my wife. The ordering process was very smooth and I was able to complete it without difficulty.
As the delivery date was some way off from the order date, I contacted the office and a very helpful lady was able to confirm that the bench was proceeding as expected with it leaving Wealden on the Tuesday and arriving with me on the Thursday, which was the date I had requested.
On the Thursday morning a large truck appeared and the driver unloaded the bench / cushion / cover and cleaner on a pallet and moved it to the side of the property. It was very securely packaged and with the engraving which I had requested it looks fantastic.
My wife was delighted with her gift, which is what it is all about.
We bought a four seater bench and chair in teak, the product is amazing and very well constructed. The staff could not have been anymore helpful. We have now ordered a table as well.

There are many suppliers of garden benches out there, but I chose well having opted for a Wealden seat. It arrived yesterday, on a pallet, fully assembled and in perfect condition. I was more than impressed with the quality of this bench. It is VERY robust, the wood of a very high quality & it is so, so comfortable to sit on. As far as value for money goes, this is outstanding, backed by a 10-year guarantee. Free delivery and the planting of a tree for every purchase were nice additional touches. Gets my vote. Well done Wealden.
