This Wooden Garden Bench is made of solid teak which are traditionally jointed and glued for lasting comfort and stability. We can also provide fixings for soft or hard ground should your wooden garden bench require them and Wealden Benches offers wood engraving service to include text and images of outdoor life. Delivery can be within a few days and all our benches arrive fully assembled. Don't forget that we also can supply you with premium quality cushions for additional comfort and Bosmere breathable covers.
Sustainability is very important to us. Our factories are required by law to have SVLK certification to conform with new EU laws (FLEGT) on importing Teak. We receive the The Green Leaf™ Eco Standard (GLES) certificate to verify this process. Rest assured our products are from sustainable sources which is sometimes not the case elsewhere.

IMPORTANT NOTICE To achieve 25 years + of use, all Wooden Garden Benches should be Polyurethane (expanding foam) glued, Teak dowelled then clamped for 24hrs to ensure that there is no movement in the construction. Although this is an expensive and time consuming process, it is what we do with everyone of our Benches before we deliver. Be aware of buying flat packed Wooden Garden Benches or those made with cheap glues as wood naturally expands and contracts when left outside so if they are not joined securely they will, after a few seasons, wobble and fail.
